What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for secured credit account and margin products, supporting advisor questions about product features, risks, systems, and procedures.
• Guide advisors through the lending product lifecycle, including loan origination, draws, payments, and account closure.
• Resolve client issues, advisor requests, policy exceptions, escalations, and time-sensitive matters involving multiple service teams.
• Support advisors in client meetings related to secured credit accounts and margin lending.
• Manage interest rate discount requests and help advisors transition external client loans to LPL.
• Provide product feedback and continuous improvement suggestions to the Product Manager, Lending Solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of securities-backed lending and margin products.
• Series 7 license.
• Experience supporting client-facing financial professionals and their teams.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, relationship-building, and issue-resolution skills.
