Lending Transaction Analyst Sr (Loan Fulfillment - Commercial Lending)

Location: Portage, MI; role may also be based in Kalamazoo, MI, Denver, CO, Pittsburgh, PA, or Dallas, TX. Remote work may be available in select geographic locations with approval; occasional in-office participation may be required. Core hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–7:00 pm EST.

Base salary: $41,250–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Prepare legal documentation packages according to credit approvals, transaction requirements, and company policies.
• Obtain and review due diligence materials, including UCC searches, operating agreements, entity good-standing searches, and property or lien reports.
• Create and maintain legal document files for complex transactions and coordinate transaction onboarding with Servicing.
• Issue legal documents to clients, review executed documents for compliance, and prepare requests to release client funds.
• Prepare and file security documentation required to perfect interests in collateral.
• Manage a pipeline of new-money transactions and loan modifications, escalating and resolving exceptions as needed.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of related business or functional experience, or comparable education, certification, and experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent education; comparable experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of complex transactions, documentation, due diligence, and financial operations.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, communication, critical-thinking, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work 10:00 am–7:00 pm EST, Monday–Friday.
