Credit Products Corporate Loan Fulfillment Specialist (Commercial Banking)

Location: Hoover, Alabama, United States; onsite at Riverchase Complex North Building

Salary range target: $43,500 minimum to $52,540 median USD annually.

What you will do

• Coordinate the closing process for complex commercial and syndicated loans.
• Draft and review loan documentation and attorney-prepared loan packages.
• Collect and analyze documents required to evidence debt and secure loans.
• Ensure loan closings, bookings, disbursements, and supporting documentation comply with approvals and policy.
• Identify and remediate documentation, policy, regulatory, setup, and post-closing issues.
• Partner with relationship teams, borrowers, outside counsel, lenders, and business segments including real estate banking, equipment finance, specialized industries, and problem asset management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of related financial services industry experience.
• Knowledge of commercial credit, documentation policies, and regulatory requirements including BSA/AML, Beneficial Ownership, OFAC, and Flood Regulations.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints and respond with urgency.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of insurance requirements and property due diligence for real estate transactions.
• Knowledge of syndicated transactions and experience collaborating with capital markets and other lenders.
• Commercial banking or commercial equipment leasing experience.
