Lending Transaction Associate (Syndicated - Commercial Lending)

Location: Based in Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Kalamazoo, MI; Denver, CO; Pittsburgh, PA; or East Brunswick, NJ. Remote work may be available in select geographic locations with approval; occasional in-office participation may be required. Core hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST.

Base salary: $41,250.00–$82,500.00 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Support syndicated loan activities across the full deal lifecycle, initially covering Business Credit UK and Syndication Support functions.
• Book and service UK syndicated loan deals in ACBS, complete reporting and servicing, and maintain ongoing loan activity.
• Process and maintain deal documentation in SyndTrak, coordinate investor access, manage investor data, and support CUSIP generation.
• Review and process trade documentation, coordinate trade settlement, perform KYC and tax validation, and execute finalized trades in ACBS.
• Review loan agreements for transferability and provide additional support for Debt Capital Markets activities.
• Coordinate with clients, legal counsel, vendors, deal closers, and internal partners to resolve issues and complete transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, critical thinking, effective communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of syndicated loans and familiarity with ACBS are highly preferred.
• Ability to work core hours of 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST and participate in office work when required.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
