Operations Specialist Senior - PNC Wealth Management

What you will do

• Execute complex transactions and processes involving moderate to high risk and financial value.
• Identify exceptions and serve as an escalation point for complex transactions.
• Coordinate with internal service partners and external customers to complete transactions.
• Verify documentation, transaction accuracy, service-level compliance, and adherence to policies.
• Recommend and implement process improvements, support risk mitigation, and provide subject-matter guidance.
• Train and onboard new hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification, and experience.
• Roles at this level typically require less than one year of professional experience or completion of a formal development program.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of operational functions, process management, products and services, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to manage risk, ensure compliance, and apply customer-focused solutions.
