Lending Payment Services Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Lehi, Utah, United States. In-office attendance is required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; remote placement is not considered. Local Mountain Time hours are required, with flexibility across Pacific and other time zones when necessary. Relocation may be offered based on job level.

Base salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year, plus potential equity and annual bonus.

What you will do

• Own SOC 1 worksheets, approval processes, and key operational controls for movement of funds.
• Manage daily cash movements between borrowers and investors through ACH, wires, and checks.
• Perform reconciliations between system activity and cash transactions, investigating discrepancies and exceptions.
• Process trades, swap transactions, interest payments, vendor payments, tax payments, and trade settlements.
• Improve treasury processes, standard operating procedures, compliance controls, and operational scalability.
• Support cross-functional projects, automation, infrastructure modernization, and AI-assisted research and analysis.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in financial services, personal lending, or transactional processing.
• Strong knowledge of lending operations, treasury operations, cash management, or financial operations in a regulated environment.
• Experience with ACH, wire transfers, check processing, reconciliations, and cash transactions.
• Experience improving processes, implementing controls, mitigating operational risk, and validating data.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work from the Lehi office three days per week and during local Mountain Time hours.
