IT Product Manager (Salesforce)

Location: US Remote; occasional travel to technical teams and stakeholders; standard working hours in the Central Time zone. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 annually.

Designs, engineers, manufactures, and supports digital LED display technology and audio systems for sports, business, transportation, and other environments.

What you will do

• Research customer needs, market trends, industry developments, and competition.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, business leaders, customers, technical teams, and strategic partners.
• Develop product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and measurable priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch products and features.
• Gather customer feedback, manage implementation risks, and use continuous delivery practices to release value predictably.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of product management experience in technical and professional customer service.
• Technical experience with Salesforce and proficiency with product management tools such as ADO.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, iterative product development, strategic partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, independent judgment, stakeholder management, and customer-focused problem-solving skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English; eligibility to work in the United States is required. Visa sponsorship, renewal, or extension is not available.
