Product Manager (Traveltech)

Location: Herndon Headquarters; remote-first work from home is available in the country of hire. The disclosed salary range applies uniformly across all U.S. locations.

Salary: $104,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Define product features and evolve the product roadmap in line with product strategy and business value.
• Lead feature development from concept through completion, balancing customer needs, budget, technical constraints, and user experience.
• Use industry knowledge, customer relationships, and market research to guide product decisions.
• Coordinate Product, Commercial, Marketing, Strategy, and Engineering stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Plan product releases, manage cross-product dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive product adoption, KPI performance, customer value, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience defining product strategy, features, and roadmaps.
• Ability to balance customer needs with budget and technical constraints.
• Experience using market research and customer relationships to inform product decisions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and manage product releases.
• Experience with agile and customer-centric product development.
