Implementation Project Manager (SaaS/Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end software implementations for complex, high-revenue enterprise clients.
• Facilitate kickoffs, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering to translate business needs into software capabilities.
• Configure and validate solutions using user-interface settings, backend configurations, databases, scripts, and administrative tools.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and multiple concurrent implementations.
• Mentor Implementation Specialists and serve as an escalation point for product, process, troubleshooting, and technical questions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Development, and Product teams while improving implementation workflows and client handoffs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in a software delivery organization, including PMO involvement or leadership.
• Experience managing complex enterprise-level implementations with minimal oversight.
• Strong knowledge of corporate accounting systems, financial practices, and expense operations terminology.
• Experience handling client escalations, resolving concerns, influencing stakeholders, and providing consultative customer service.
• Ability to analyze business data, identify requirements, and develop scalable configuration and implementation solutions.
• Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills.
