Salary: $100,000–$122,500 annual base pay

What you will do

• Administer syndicated and bilateral loan transactions, including closings, drawdowns, rollovers, repricings, repayments, amendments, waivers, extensions, refinancings, and maturities.
• Review credit agreements, fee letters, assignments, notices, collateral documents, and related transaction documentation.
• Translate contractual terms into operational checklists, system records, servicing activities, and borrower and lender notices.
• Coordinate funding requirements, cash movements, interest, principal, fees, lender allocations, and other transaction economics.
• Monitor contractual deadlines, reporting obligations, payment dates, consent requirements, and outstanding deliverables.
• Maintain audit evidence, support reporting and risk assessments, escalate operational issues, and contribute to automation and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in syndicated loans, commercial lending, loan agency, credit administration, transaction management, or loan operations.
• Practical understanding of syndicated and bilateral loan structures and Administrative Agent responsibilities.
• Experience interpreting credit agreements and processing loan lifecycle events, cash movements, interest, principal, and fees.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, communication, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Loan IQ or a comparable commercial loan servicing platform.
• Experience in leveraged finance, corporate banking, middle-market lending, or structured finance.
• Familiarity with Loan Syndications and Trading Association market practices.
• Knowledge of operational risk, audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements in commercial lending.
• Experience with system implementations, automation, or process-improvement initiatives.
