Operations Supervisor (Insurance / Financial Services)

Location: Dallas, TX; fully onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The office is relocating from Addison to Fountain Place in downtown Dallas in April.

What you will do

• Lead and develop Team Leads and New Business Case Managers.
• Oversee life and annuity case submissions, work queues, turnaround times, and case flow through placement.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and operational performance.
• Deliver onboarding, training, coaching, and quality oversight for consistent and compliant processing.
• Act as the escalation point for complex cases involving agents, carrier partners, and underwriting teams.
• Drive process, workflow, system, and technology improvements while reporting operational trends and risks to leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience supporting internal or employee communications functions.
• Experience implementing strategic communication plans.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
