Inventory and Merchandising Manager (EV)

Location: Remote, with a preference for the West Coast

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience and location

hirify.global is building an AI-native automotive retail platform focused initially on electric vehicles, serving buyers and sellers through online and offline channels.

What you will do

• Coordinate vehicle listings from arrival and reconditioning through photography, quality review, and publication.
• Review vehicle photos for required angles, count, clarity, and consistency; coordinate retakes and corrections with onsite teams.
• Create and audit VIN-based listings, validating trims, features, mileage, condition, descriptions, and EV-specific details.
• Maintain accurate vehicle status and location data for transfers, returned vehicles, trade-ins, and relistings.
• Monitor hirify.global’s website and third-party marketplaces, resolving missing photos, incorrect options, stale statuses, and syndication errors.
• Track aged and stalled units, maintain merchandising standards, and report on listing timeliness, photo completeness, data accuracy, and unresolved exceptions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in used-vehicle inventory, digital merchandising, vehicle listings, dealership operations, or online retail.
• Working knowledge of EV makes, trims, range, battery information, and used-EV buyer requirements.
• Experience with dealer inventory or merchandising platforms such as vAuto and third-party listing sites.
• Ability to reconcile vehicle records by VIN using spreadsheets, filters, and lookups.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and clear written communication.
• Ability to coordinate remotely with teams working across different locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketplace feeds, listing syndication, or photo-quality workflows.
• Exposure to wholesale or auction processes, used-vehicle pricing, or inventory aging analysis.
• Experience with SQL or a data warehouse.
