AI Automation Engineer

What you will do

• Design and implement autonomous AI workflows for software development, maintenance, support, operations, testing, security remediation, documentation, and release engineering.
• Build multi-agent systems for root-cause analysis, bug investigation, code modification, validation, deployment, and customer issue resolution.
• Create reusable agent architectures, prompts, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, governance models, and observability platforms.
• Integrate AI agents into CI/CD pipelines and engineering workflows across multiple products and technology stacks.
• Measure and improve automation effectiveness, engineering productivity, remediation time, support efficiency, and operational cost reduction.
• Drive adoption of AI-native operational models that reduce reliance on product-specific expertise.

Requirements

• Computer science degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience with strong hands-on C# and .NET expertise.
• 2–3 years of experience or demonstrated expertise building and operating production agentic AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents, autonomous development workflows, multi-agent orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, safety, observability, and governance.
• Experience with AI development environments such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or OpenHands.
• Experience developing YAML CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft technologies including Active Directory and Exchange.
• Experience with on-premises products using C#/.NET on the Microsoft technology stack.
• Experience with CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents, Aikido Security, and AI observability or evaluation platforms.
