Backend Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada, with locations listed as San Francisco, New York, and Toronto

Salary: $150K–$350K plus equity

What you will do

• Design and develop software applications, tools, and infrastructure for a rapidly scaling engineering organization.
• Build scalable systems that monitor domains, social media accounts, applications, dark web forums, and other digital channels.
• Develop and deliver software features supporting AI-driven threat detection and disruption.
• Write clean, portable, well-documented code and contribute to technical documentation.
• Test, triage, troubleshoot, and debug software and product development issues.
• Review code and provide feedback on style, accuracy, testability, efficiency, and best practices.
