What you will do
- Build and lead high-performing software engineering teams.
- Shape engineering practices and connect engineering investments to measurable business outcomes.
- Lead the modernization of legacy customer-facing applications.
- Partner with Product Management, Architecture, Quality Engineering, DevOps, Delivery, and business leaders.
- Strengthen operational excellence and improve reliability, platform adoption, customer experience, and time to market.
- Accelerate modern and AI-enabled software development practices through strong technical judgment.
Requirements
- Experience leading software engineering teams.
- Strong technical judgment and the ability to shape engineering practices.
- Experience with legacy application modernization and operational excellence.
- Ability to collaborate across product, architecture, quality engineering, DevOps, delivery, and business functions.
- This is a people-leadership role, not a hands-on coding manager position.
