Program Manager

What you will do

• Identify global business expansion opportunities supporting customer offshore design and manufacturing.
• Plan and manage programs and projects to achieve product delivery, customer service, and revenue goals.
• Coordinate sales, support, design, fulfillment, and manufacturing resources across accounts, territories, and regions.
• Review customer requirements, assign resources, and create and track project schedules.
• Develop data-driven sales, supply chain, and migration strategies for design-region customers.
• Track manufacturing migrations, pricing, margins, revenue analysis, and inter-regional return-on-investment reporting.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of applicable principles, concepts, industry practices, techniques, and standards.
• Ability to solve complex problems through in-depth analysis of business situations and data.
• Independent judgment and discretion when determining objectives and approaches.
• Ability to coordinate work between departments, organizations, and global stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience providing comparable knowledge and job skills.
