Senior Program Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Hybrid role at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma, United States

Salary: $135,000–$145,000 annually

What you will do

• Support cost, schedule, and performance objectives for complex DoD acquisition programs.
• Provide acquisition guidance to the Section Chief and 10 Integrated Product Team leads.
• Maintain program execution rhythms, weekly execution charts, risks, milestones, contracts, and funding updates.
• Prepare and review acquisition documents, reports, milestone briefings, RFPs, SOWs, and CDRLs.
• Coordinate program activities across government, contractor, engineering, logistics, and international partner organizations.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen.
• Active Top Secret security clearance is required at the time of hiring and must be maintained.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 12 years of relevant experience, including five years in the DoD, or 15 years of directly related experience with appropriate certifications.
• Experience with complex Department of Defense aviation and acquisition programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, risk management, problem-solving, organization, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with defense acquisition processes and major weapon system development or sustainment, including AWACS programs.
• Experience with LCMP, PDAA, PMRT, WAWF, CCaRS, and related acquisition reporting tools.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
