Vice President, Business Process Engineering and Applied Agentic AI (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $109,000–$260,000 annually; this range applies to NYC Metro-based or similarly situated employees.

What you will do

• Define and lead enterprise technology strategy for AI platforms, applied AI, process automation, and agentic operating models.
• Design the enterprise Agent Builder Framework, including agent orchestration, tool integration, memory, governance, reusable components, and reference architectures.
• Develop business process automation strategies, prioritize high-value opportunities, and establish human-in-the-loop decisioning models.
• Set architecture and integration standards across CRM, ERP, cloud, AI, data, APIs, and front-end systems.
• Manage managed service providers and technology vendors, including delivery quality, budgets, timelines, procurement, and negotiations.
• Lead organizational change, technical enablement, knowledge sharing, and adoption of AI- and automation-driven ways of working.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise information technology leadership.
• 10+ years in senior-level management roles with multidisciplinary responsibility.
• Proven leadership of large-scale technology transformation initiatives and enterprise platform modernization.
• Ability to connect business strategy with complex technical architecture and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle/NetSuite; cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; and integrations using MuleSoft, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or microservices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience; strong fiscal responsibility and enterprise technology budget management experience.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MS or MBA, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience with Okta, Gigya, SQL/NoSQL databases, AI/ML concepts, orchestration platforms, agent-based architectures, and React-based applications.
