Vice President, AI Context Content Management (AI)

Salary: $171,900–$326,900 per year

What you will do

• Own the enterprise knowledge strategy and AI content management program.
• Transform institutional knowledge, business processes, policies, rules, taxonomies, and metric standards into scalable AI context assets.
• Establish lifecycle management for knowledge assets, including intake, curation, validation, evolution, retirement, relevance management, and drift prevention.
• Partner with data engineering, analytics, technology teams, and business leaders to connect knowledge assets with trusted data sources for generative and agentic AI solutions.
• Maintain data governance, metadata, data and metrics catalogues, ownership policies, usage standards, and data quality practices.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data governance specialists and data analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of related experience, including prior management experience.
• AI literacy and conceptual knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, and content optimization techniques.
• Experience with enterprise knowledge strategy, data governance, metadata, data quality, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Prior healthcare or managed care industry experience is strongly preferred.
