IAM Project Manager

Location: USA; full-time remote

What you will do

• Coordinate internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors on software implementation projects.
• Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, schedules, and documentation.
• Monitor milestones and performance using appropriate project management methodologies and tools.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and change requests to minimize delivery impacts.
• Communicate status and escalations, facilitate client meetings, and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience managing client-facing software implementation projects.
• Experience managing stakeholders, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and senior-level client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical concepts into clear business language.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, risk management, and expectation-management skills.
• Experience presenting updates, recommendations, and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering Identity and Access Management projects.
• PMP certification.
• Experience in cybersecurity, identity security, or enterprise software implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
