IAM Project Manager (Contract)

hirify.global is an IAM professional services firm specializing in designing, deploying, and managing end-to-end Identity and Access Management programs across North America.

What you will do

• Coordinate internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors during software implementation projects.
• Manage projects from initiation through completion, controlling scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Define project objectives, schedules, documentation, and delivery plans.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, performance, and change requests using appropriate project management methodologies and tools.
• Communicate project status, escalations, recommendations, and solutions to clients and leadership.
• Facilitate client meetings, gather requirements, manage expectations, and allocate resources across project teams.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience managing client-facing software implementation projects.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Experience managing and influencing senior-level client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear business language.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, risk management, and client relationship skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering Identity and Access Management projects.
• PMP certification.
• Experience in cybersecurity, identity security, or enterprise software implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
