Sr. Project Manager I (6870)

Location: Reston, Virginia, United States. Employment requires verification of eligibility to work in the United States.

Salary: $156,000–$174,000 per year, with potential performance-based bonuses and additional incentives.

What you will do

• Lead DevSecOps, cloud, cybersecurity, IT modernization, and software development projects for the National Security business unit and Intelligence Community account.
• Identify innovative solutions to technical problems, project deadlocks, issues, and constraints.
• Collaborate with development teams on product architecture and design.
• Manage project priorities, tasking, assignments, scope changes, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop client relationships and collaborate with customer project managers, leads, partners, and stakeholders.
• Escalate risks and brief senior and executive stakeholders on project status, accomplishments, schedules, issues, and risks.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph required.
• Experience supporting the Intelligence Community.
• At least seven years of experience managing complex federal projects involving cloud, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, IT modernization, or software development.
• Experience with Agile project management tools including GitLab, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience with Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum, including experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong project risk management, work breakdown structure, scheduling, dependency analysis, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
