Data Analyst - GEOINT SME

Location: Onsite at the customer site in St. Louis, Missouri, United States

Salary: $110,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop data analytics, charts, graphs, dashboards, and other visualizations using industry-standard data science principles.
• Integrate, develop, and maintain analytical models, risk-scoring tools, and visualizations supporting insider-threat detection and mitigation.
• Capture and analyze metrics on system errors, failures, data transfers, and key operational processes.
• Collaborate with requestors, stakeholders, project managers, and subject matter experts to clarify business objectives and improve processes.
• Prepare reports, briefs, technical documents, communications materials, and policy-related deliverables.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a CI Poly.
• At least 12 months of experience with one or more geospatial information systems or related tools, such as ArcGIS, ArcView, Remote View, ERDAS Imagine, HTML, or FrameMaker.
• Demonstrated coding experience with Java and Python, plus experience creating data visualizations.
• Experience using SharePoint, Tableau, Redmine, and other systems or databases to manipulate and visualize data.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting insider-threat, risk-scoring, or similar security-focused analytics programs.
• Experience with policy development or process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with GEOINT analysis software or NGA-specific applications.
