Salary: USD 150,000–190,000 yearly

What you will do

• Develop and execute data strategies supporting acquisition, product management, logistics, stakeholder engagement, and organizational decision-making for the U.S. Army Project Manager, Maneuver Medical Systems.
• Gather, integrate, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple Government and organizational sources.
• Develop statistical models, predictive models, data-mining approaches, forecasts, performance metrics, and other analytical solutions.
• Design dashboards, scorecards, executive reports, and visualizations that communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Establish data quality, governance, documentation, metadata, and repeatable analytical processes.
• Support knowledge management, document migration, IPTs, program reviews, stakeholder briefings, and decision packages.

Requirements

• Active DoW Secret clearance or above required.
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, engineering, operations research, information systems, business analytics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, data science, business intelligence, data strategy, operations research, or a related discipline.
• Experience with data collection, transformation, statistical analysis, visualization, reporting, data governance, and large heterogeneous datasets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable tools, plus SQL and Python or R.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple analytical priorities.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PMP, CAP, INFORMS, Microsoft, or comparable analytics/data certification.
• Army, DoD, Federal Government, or defense-industry experience.
• Experience with acquisition, logistics, medical materiel, defense systems, predictive analytics, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
• Experience with Army/DoD enterprise data environments, SharePoint, Teams, knowledge management, or document management.
• Experience handling CUI, PII, HIPAA, or other Government-sensitive information.
