Senior Associate GDCM Deployment PEP (PMS)

Location: Remote within the United States, with work based from Memphis, Tennessee and travel to hotels as needed; travel up to 80%.

Salary: $67,500–$95,000 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Annual Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Deploy hirify.global's PEP property management system through remote and onsite project stages.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical guidance to team members and hotel users.
• Configure and build system databases, set up hardware, and test system interfaces.
• Migrate hotel data from the retired property management system into PEP.
• Train and support hotel teams during implementations.
• Coordinate with internal and external support teams and perform project management duties when needed.

Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience in technology or a related field.
• At least two years of experience using property, sales, or revenue systems.
• Understanding of hirify.global's PMS, CRS, and system interfaces.
• Experience troubleshooting hotel interfaces or systems and supporting system installations.
• Availability to travel up to 80% and provide remote or onsite hotel support.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, networking, desktop support, Linux, XML, basic SQL, or JSON is useful.
