Salary: $132,240.00–$208,800.00 USD gross base pay

What you will do

• Transform the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Oracle SCM applications through AI-enabled engineering practices.
• Drive AI-powered development and modernization initiatives across Oracle SCM Cloud and Oracle EBS.
• Apply AI-assisted requirements analysis, solution design, code generation, and refactoring.
• Improve testing efficiency through AI-assisted test automation and regression strategies.
• Use AI-enabled DevOps, code review, documentation generation, and operational support workflows.
• Measure outcomes such as development cycle time, code quality, testing effort, deployment speed, and issue-resolution time.

Requirements

• Deep Oracle SCM expertise with strong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM Cloud and/or Oracle EBS applications.
• Proven experience applying AI across the entire software development lifecycle.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot, agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and AI-assisted developer workflows.
• Ability to demonstrate and quantify business outcomes achieved through AI adoption.
• Remote position based in GA, United States.
