Sr. Technical Program Manager, Capacity Delivery (AI)

Location: Livingston, NJ; New York, NY; Sunnyvale, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Bellevue, WA. U.S. person or export-authorization eligibility is required to access export-controlled information.

Base salary: $157,000–$210,000 per year, plus potential bonus, equity awards, and benefits based on eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of hyperscale data center builds, retrofits, and major capacity expansions.
• Create program plans covering scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets.
• Translate capacity forecasts and customer requirements into actionable technical program requirements.
• Coordinate execution across Data Center Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Report program status, risks, and KPIs to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and SLAs for infrastructure build teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in hyperscale cloud, data center, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Direct experience managing large-scale data center builds, retrofits, or capacity expansions.
• Strong understanding of power, cooling, networking, and GPU/server hardware infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of construction projects and project milestones.
• Expertise with project management methodologies such as Agile and Critical Path, and tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Ability to lead matrixed technical teams and communicate complex technical challenges to all organizational levels.
