Senior Technical Program Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Livingston, NJ; New York, NY; Sunnyvale, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Bellevue, WA

Base salary: $157,000–$210,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead integrated technical programs across Data Center Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT.
• Coordinate data center expansion, DCIM deployments, site onboarding, telemetry, asset management, and operational technology initiatives.
• Manage system integrations, asset-system migrations, legacy-tool retirement, data reconciliation, cutover, rollback, and readiness plans.
• Connect procurement, inventory, financial, enterprise, lifecycle, and operational dashboard workflows across functions.
• Run planning and execution cadences, manage dependencies and risks, resolve competing priorities, and maintain accountability across teams and vendors.
• Coordinate business UAT, go-live readiness, operational handoffs, training, communications, hypercare, and support readiness.

Requirements

• Experience delivering complex systems implementations or migrations involving integrations, data readiness, testing, and operational handoff.
• Experience leading technical programs across multiple business functions and managing critical paths, dependencies, risks, and resources.
• Ability to interpret system diagrams, APIs, integrations, data flows, migration approaches, and testing dependencies.
• Familiarity with data center operations and related procurement, inventory, asset lifecycle, finance, and IT systems.
• Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban and tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Access to export-controlled information requires U.S. person status, eligibility without export authorization, or eligibility and reasonable likelihood of obtaining the required authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sunbird or other DCIM platforms, CMMS/EAM, BMS/EPMS, telemetry, or asset-management tools.
• Experience with supply chain, procurement, inventory, logistics, ERP, or fixed-asset systems.
• Experience with Asana portfolios, SiteTracker, integration platforms, operational reporting, or dashboards.
• Experience with multi-site rollouts, legacy-system retirement, data migrations, vendor transitions, or live-site change controls.
• Experience coordinating automation, first-party applications, or AI-enabled workflows.
