Demand Planning Sr. Analyst

Location: Oak Brook, Illinois, United States; up to 10% domestic and international travel required.

Salary: $85,500–$139,350 base pay annually, plus benefits, 401(k) contribution, and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead monthly LOB Demand Reviews within the S&OP/IBP process and present the 18-month rolling demand plan, assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive collaborative forecasting, quantify risks, review forecast gaps, and coordinate countermeasures with internal stakeholders.
• Lead demand planning reviews for multiple product families and improve process effectiveness, completeness, timeliness, and forecast accuracy.
• Incorporate product management reviews and new product launch plans into forecasts, including item transitions and run-out planning.
• Create and maintain forecasting models for items, stocking locations, distribution centers, and key customers.
• Manage the APO or equivalent forecasting system and align consensus forecasts with supply plans, budgets, and operating plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with demand planning, collaborative forecasting, scenario planning, and cross-functional supply chain coordination.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with health and safety requirements.

Nice to have

• Master of Business Administration.
• APICS CPIM, CIRM, CSCP, Lean/Six Sigma, or PMP certification.
