Senior Creative Producer (AI)

Location: Denver, Colorado, or San Francisco, California, United States. A relocation stipend may be available for relocation to a hirify.global hub location.

Salary: $167,000–$196,000 USD for San Francisco, CA; $141,000–$166,000 USD for Denver, CO.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end production for multi-channel campaigns, launches, video, digital content, and events.
• Own project scope, timelines, budgets, approvals, and delivery from brief through completion.
• Coordinate priorities, resourcing, and deadlines across Brand Studio and partner marketing teams.
• Manage agencies, freelancers, and production vendors, including project scoping and contract negotiation.
• Build and improve intake, briefing, and workflow processes for creative production.
• Use AI tools to streamline production and improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in creative production or production management within an in-house brand team, creative studio, or agency.
• Demonstrated success delivering multi-channel projects on time and on budget while managing multiple workstreams.
• Hands-on agency and vendor management experience, including contract negotiation.
• Fluency with a project management tool such as Asana.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Ability to work from the office 3+ days per week in a hirify.global hub location.
