Senior Performance Video Creative (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $96,000–$192,000 annually, plus equity, bonus, wellness allowance, and other benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) for US employees.

What you will do

• Own paid video creative for hirify.global Consumer across launches, campaigns, promotions, and always-on activity.
• Concept, produce, edit, sound-design, and deliver native video for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X.
• Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video while developing repeatable production workflows for the creative team.
• Develop culturally timely, internet-native concepts and turn successful experiments into reusable creative pillars.
• Version and localize video across markets, languages, formats, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze creative test results and translate performance data into new hooks, concepts, cuts, and paid static assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of performance video creative experience in a high-volume in-house team or performance agency.
• Portfolio including paid video, full video cuts, AI-generated or AI-assisted work, and a tested concept with performance insights.
• Strong video skills from concept development through finished, sound-designed cuts.
• High-level command of generative AI video and image tools, with shipped work to demonstrate.
• Platform-native expertise across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, plus experience with creative testing metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Ability to work quickly through reviews and late changes while meeting regulatory, disclaimer, and market-specific requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, gaming, or another regulated category.
• Strong internet and meme culture awareness with comedic instincts.
• Experience creating AI-assisted paid static assets.
