Senior Project Manager (CPG)

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 base salary

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end new product launches through product development, operations, supply chain, artwork, launch, and post-launch review.
• Manage packaging changes, artwork refreshes, variety packs, displays, co-packs, and custom packs.
• Coordinate retail and customer launches, including timelines, dependencies, and retailer requirements.
• Manage promotions, bundles, merchandise sourcing, creative coordination, ordering, and shipping.
• Coordinate co-manufacturer onboarding, ingredient approvals, recipe changes, reformulations, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Build project plans, dashboards, templates, stage-gate processes, and repeatable playbooks in Asana while leading meetings and decision forums.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project or program management experience, including at least 3 years in CPG, food and beverage, or supplements.
• Experience leading product launches from concept to shelf across R&D, packaging, supply chain, and retail.
• Hands-on experience with stage-gate or similar product launch processes.
• Advanced Asana experience building projects, templates, workflows, and dashboards.
• Experience with co-manufacturers, packaging suppliers, or artwork routing.
• Strong cross-functional communication, accountability, problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills without formal authority.

Nice to have

• PMP, Agile, ScrumMaster, SAFe, Lean, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with functional beverages, supplements, or better-for-you brands.
• Experience across DTC subscription and major retail channels.
