Developer & Technical Requirements Analyst (Power BI)

Location: Falls Church, Virginia, United States. U.S. citizenship is required, and the role requires passing a Public Trust investigation.

Salary: $80,000–$105,000 per year.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Create data models, optimize reporting performance, and build data transformation processes with Power Query.
• Translate stakeholder business requirements into effective visualizations and technical specifications.
• Gather, document, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis, recommend solutions, and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions.
• Support testing, maintain requirements traceability matrices, and provide Power BI training and user support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience developing Power BI or other data analytics solutions and dashboards.
• At least 3 years of technical requirements analysis experience.
• Current CompTIA Security+ CE certification or another DoD-approved certification meeting IAT Level II requirements.
• Experience documenting technical requirements, communicating with stakeholders, and translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a Public Trust investigation are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with DoD or DHA workflows and environments.
• Proficiency in DAX and M languages.
• Experience with the SEMOSS platform.
• Public Trust experience.
