Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst (Business Intelligence Analyst III)

Salary: Base pay of $108,900–$136,000 annually plus an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with Operations and strategic teams to drive customer-lifecycle insights, standardize reporting, and optimize processes.
• Research, shadow, and interview operational teams to understand business needs, processes, and data flows.
• Define enterprise metrics, dimensions, data models, and BI reporting, including the Balanced Scorecard.
• Develop, optimize, and automate enterprise forecast models, including churn and customer delight models.
• Build and maintain analytics pipelines and data assets in Databricks using Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, SQL Warehouses, and related tools.
• Partner with Data Engineering on lakehouse data-model design and contribute to shared semantic-layer and analytics-delivery standards.

Requirements

• Mid–Senior level experience in an analytical role.
• Strategic thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, goal setting, prioritization, project management, time management, and attention to detail.
• Good experience with statistical analysis and forecasting.
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and written and verbal communication, plus strong organizational skills and professional maturity.
• Service-oriented approach and ability to align cross-functionally with Operations and other business teams.
• Comfort working in a lakehouse environment and contributing to platform-level analytics standards.
• BI tool proficiency, especially Power BI and/or Databricks AI/BI, including Genie and Dashboards.
• Databricks experience with Unity Catalog, Delta Live Tables, SQL Warehouses, and Notebooks.
• Python or PySpark experience for data transformation and analytical workflows.
• Experience with ERPs such as NetSuite, SAP, or Dynamics, and with statistics and machine learning.

Nice to have

• Databricks Certified Data Analyst or Data Engineer Associate certification.
• Salesforce experience with Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Data Cloud.
