Senior Enterprise Data Analyst (Wealth Management)

What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable data models for KPI, AUM/AUA, revenue, net flow, and advisor performance reporting.
• Establish data governance standards covering definitions, lineage, validation, documentation, and auditability.
• Reconcile data across custodians, clearing firms, CRM systems, and portfolio accounting platforms.
• Build and enhance enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel data models, or similar tools.
• Analyze financial and operational trends to provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with Business, Technology, Operations, Finance, and data engineering teams on reporting transformations, platform transitions, mergers, and integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, reporting, or data management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data modeling, Power Query, and PivotTables.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including star schemas, relational data, and normalization.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple systems; familiarity with SQL is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in wealth management, registered investment advisers, asset management, or broker-dealer environments.
• Knowledge of data flows across custodians, clearing firms, portfolio accounting platforms, and CRM systems.
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting transformations or system integrations.
• Exposure to data governance frameworks and controls in regulated environments.
