What you will do

• Lead the Reporting team in designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-wide visualization solutions.
• Translate business and operational requirements into effective reporting dashboards and visual analytics products.
• Implement reporting strategies that improve visibility into business performance and mission outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure alignment with data sources and technology objectives.
• Recommend improvements to reporting capabilities and visualization standards to ensure scalability and accuracy.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Must work 100% on-site in Merrifield, VA or Arlington, VA.
• 10+ years of experience working in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
• 5+ years of technical experience in data management and visualization software, with a strong preference for Power BI.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams and implementing significant strategic initiatives.
• Experience deploying enterprise-wide reporting tools and visualizations.
