Business Process Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Reporting Team Lead (Power BI)

Location: 100% on-site at DEA offices in Merrifield, VA; DEA Headquarters in Arlington, VA; and other government-designated offices

What you will do

• Lead the Reporting team and provide technical and functional direction for enterprise reporting, dashboards, visualization, and business process technology initiatives.
• Plan, design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-wide reporting tools and visualization solutions.
• Translate business and operational requirements into reporting solutions, dashboards, and visual analytics products.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, analysts, and cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Improve reporting strategies, visualization standards, business processes, scalability, maintainability, and data accuracy.
• Lead strategic reporting and business process improvement initiatives in an Agile development environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
• 5+ years of strong technical experience with data management and visualization software.
• Experience deploying enterprise-wide reporting tools and visualizations.
• 5+ years of experience leading a team and implementing significant strategic initiatives.
• Power BI experience is strongly preferred.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
