Data Analyst (Healthcare Data Analytics)

Location: Remote, United States; applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or visa support.

Salary: $80,000–$115,000 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve recurring quarterly reports and custom client reports covering drug utilization, spending trends, and savings.
• Track, calculate, and validate client savings against baseline benchmarks supporting VIVIO’s 2:1 savings guarantee.
• Build reporting pipelines and dashboards using claims, eligibility, and drug pricing data.
• Partner with Technology and Operations to identify and resolve data-quality and integrity issues before client reporting.
• Provide analysis and supporting materials for Client Success, Sales, Contracting, and company leadership.
• Translate ad hoc analysis and raw data into clear, client-ready narratives.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of SQL experience, preferably with MySQL.
• 3–10 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence; PBM experience is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of database structures and design.
• Experience building reports and dashboards with QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Experience working directly with customers in a data analytics capacity and in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
• Experience with healthcare claims, eligibility, or pharmacy data; familiarity with 834/837 file structures is a plus.
