Sr Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI/Tableau)

Location: Remote within the United States; mandatory onsite Trailhead onboarding at headquarters once per quarter, with travel and accommodations covered.

Salary: $83,500–$106,000 per year, plus performance-based incentives and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visual products supporting customer experience strategy, journey management, and operational decisions.
• Translate business questions from CX leaders, analysts, and business partners into clear metrics, comparisons, drill paths, and visual structures.
• Develop dashboards for customer journeys, funnels, digital adoption, NPS, CSAT, effort, and operational performance.
• Partner with BI Engineers and data teams to validate datasets, resolve data issues, and maintain accurate, performant dashboards.
• Establish visualization standards, documentation, and continuous improvements based on stakeholder feedback and usage patterns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in BI development.
• 3+ years of experience building dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Strong expertise in data visualization principles, dashboard UX, and communicating complex data through clear visual narratives.
• Working knowledge of DAX, Power Query, SQL, or equivalent transformation logic.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States and attend mandatory onsite onboarding at headquarters.
