Oracle Fusion Cloud Administrator (Senior Principal Applications Analyst)

Location: On-site at the Losee Road Facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Work schedule: 4/10s, Monday through Thursday, subject to change.

Annual salary: $142,438.40–$220,771.20.

Mission Support and Test Services manages and operates the hirify.global for the U.S. National Nuclear Security Administration and supports national security missions through high-hazard experimentation and technical services.

What you will do

• Administer Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, OCI, PaaS, OIC, OAC, APEX, and related production and non-production environments.
• Manage identity, access controls, SSO integrations, security domains, privileged access, and least-privilege policies.
• Design and troubleshoot OCI networking, including VCNs, subnets, routing, gateways, DNS, VPN, FastConnect, and cloud-to-on-premises connectivity.
• Support hybrid-cloud integrations, monitoring, performance management, vulnerability remediation, encryption, logging, auditing, and compliance activities.
• Administer Oracle Visual Builder Studio projects, source control, build and deployment pipelines, and environment promotion.
• Lead incident resolution, root-cause analysis, disaster recovery planning, automation, documentation, Oracle Support coordination, and technical mentoring.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience, with at least 12 years of relevant progressively responsible experience.
• 15+ years of progressive IT experience in Oracle system administration.
• 8+ years designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale enterprise cloud solutions, including 5+ years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud and OCI.
• Expertise in OCI compute, networking, storage, IAM, security, monitoring, database services, integrations, release management, regression testing, pod refreshes, and environment lifecycle management.
• Ability to obtain an HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification credential; valid driver’s license required. Pre-placement physical examination and drug screening are required.

Nice to have

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Professional or Oracle Cloud Security Professional certification.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Administration certifications.
• Experience in government, finance, or highly regulated environments; Agile delivery; and Oracle SaaS/PaaS/IaaS governance.
