IT Operations Manager

Location: On-site at the NYC HQ, United States. The team is in person in NYC and moving to a new location in November.

Salary: $135K–$175K per year, plus equity and bonus.

hirify.global is an AI platform for consumer packaged goods brands that automates deductions management, revenue recovery, cash application, and related back-office workflows.

What you will do

• Own and improve the Mac fleet through Iru, Jamf Pro, or similar MDM, including configuration profiles, zero-touch enrollment, custom scripts, remediation, and management of a smaller Windows footprint.
• Maintain the CMDB, asset records, laptop and peripheral inventory, network hardware data, office ISP details, and system mappings.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, renewals, license true-ups, SaaS agreements, and hardware agreements.
• Administer and govern Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and other core SaaS tools, including provisioning, access management, settings, and group hygiene.
• Support SOC 2 IT compliance through rigorous onboarding and offboarding, access reviews, evidence collection, documentation, and current runbooks.
• Partner with the Head of Information Security and IT on change management, deployments, IT projects, and escalations from the Support team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience, including substantial experience in a senior operations, systems, or infrastructure role.
• Hands-on ownership of Iru, Jamf Pro, or a similar cloud MDM, including macOS configuration profiles, zero-touch enrollment, and Bash scripting.
• Working familiarity with Windows MDM for managing a smaller device footprint.
• Strong Okta administration experience, including application integrations, groups, access management, and troubleshooting.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and modern SaaS environments.
• Experience with IT asset management or CMDB ownership, vendor management, inventory, contracts, renewals, and license administration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Iru specifically or launching an MDM from scratch.
• Jamf certification.
• ITIL, security, or compliance certification.
• Experience with Okta Workflows, low-code automation, AI-assisted workflows, or broader automation tooling.
• Experience building IT processes at a fast-scaling startup.
