Motion GEOINT Analyst (FMV)

Location: Onsite at the customer site and hirify.global office in Springfield, Virginia, United States. Requires rotating PANAMA shifts, typically 7 a.m.–7 p.m. or 7 p.m.–7 a.m., alternating days and nights each month, including weekends and holidays.

Salary: $75,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Perform real-time 24/7/365 full-motion video exploitation, processing, and dissemination in a shift-work environment.
• Analyze targets of interest across FMV, persistent surveillance, and other imagery platforms.
• Exploit multi-spectral, hyperspectral, infrared, SAR, LiDAR, national, civil, and commercial imagery.
• Research current and historical imagery to answer detailed mission-specific information requirements.
• Create storyboards, 360-degree graphics, mission graphics, database remarks, summary reports, and ad hoc intelligence products.
• Deliver daily briefings and other imagery analysis products using MAAS, IEC, RemoteView, ArcGIS, and FalconView.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI indoctrination required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence Polygraph.
• High school diploma and 3+ years of intelligence experience, or a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• Completion of a military Basic Intelligence Course and formal intelligence school coursework resulting in an intelligence MOS.
• Understanding of the intelligence cycle and experience with the Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination process.
• Ability to communicate critical information accurately, work under pressure, follow procedures, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively.

Nice to have

• Understanding of national-level imagery product standards.
• Experience with full-motion video and national imagery exploitation.
• Background in counterterrorism analysis.
