Senior Data Scientist (GEOINT)

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end data science architectures for large-scale structured and unstructured multi-INT data.
• Build production-grade Python pipelines that transform data into mission-critical intelligence products.
• Apply machine learning, network analytics, statistical methods, geospatial analysis, and predictive modeling to intelligence problems.
• Develop interactive visualizations, dashboards, and analytic interfaces for exploring complex datasets.
• Translate customer intelligence requirements into technical solutions and capability roadmaps.
• Lead technical work, mentor data scientists, and produce finished products aligned with NGA and DNI standards.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance are required.
• Ability to pass a Counterintelligence Polygraph after customer indoctrination is required.
• High school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a related bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent military experience, training, or certifications.
• Senior-level Python, SQL, database, API integration, data visualization, and large-scale data architecture experience.
• Experience with Plotly, Seaborn, Matplotlib, Bokeh, Dash, Streamlit, Panel, Tableau, or comparable tools.
• Proficiency with geospatial frameworks and GIS tools such as GDAL, ArcPy, ArcGIS Pro, or QGIS, plus intelligence analysis and multi-INT research experience.

Nice to have

• Production AI/ML model deployment experience.
• GeoPandas, ArcObjects, GIScience, or advanced geospatial programming expertise.
• Full-stack development experience with JavaScript/HTML5, .NET, C++, or Java.
• Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, geodatabases, ArcGIS Server, or ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Experience building GEOINT, SIGINT, or OSINT databases for operational analysis.

Hiring process

• Final acceptance is required from the prime contractor and government customer.
• Required clearances must be validated and approved by a cognizant government contracting officer.
• After customer indoctrination, the candidate will be submitted for a Counterintelligence Polygraph.
