D365 Business Central Team Lead (Europe)

Location: Remote from Cyprus, Greece, Lebanon, the UK or Portugal

Salary: £70,000–£80,000 per annum

An international Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner developing its European consulting practice.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines and delivery.
• Lead and develop Business Central consultants and developers.
• Run workshops, gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
• Own functional solution design and configuration.
• Work with Finance and Operations stakeholders while supporting practice growth.

Requirements

• 10 years of D365 Business Central or NAV experience.
• At least 12 full-cycle implementations.
• Strong Business Central Finance knowledge.
• At least 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Strong functional consultancy, project delivery, client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects or Warehousing.

Nice to have

• Multi-entity and multi-currency experience.
• MB-800 certification.
• Power BI and Power Automate experience.
