ERP (SAP) Platform & Infrastructure Technical Expert (m/w/d) (SAP)

Location: Hamburg Area, Germany; work at the hirify.global production site in Hamburg

What you will do

• Lead deep-level SAP BASIS administration and technical operations across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Optimize SAP HANA databases and manage Cloud Connectors, Web Dispatchers, STMS/ChaRM, SSO, and infrastructure orchestration.
• Lead S/4HANA conversion activities, including SUM/DMO transitions, testing landscapes, system refreshes, and target provisioning.
• Manage lifecycle releases, monitoring, high availability, disaster recovery, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, and automated BASIS routines.
• Implement system hardening, patching, SSL/TLS certificate management, vulnerability remediation, and SAP audit preparations.
• Deliver complex technical projects and manage REST, SOAP, RFC, and SAP Event Mesh connectivity across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or vocational IT qualification with advanced training.
• Several years of experience administering SAP BASIS and platform infrastructure in complex hybrid landscapes.
• Deep knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP HANA DB on Linux/Windows, SAP BTP, Cloud Connector, and SAP Cloud ALM.
• Experience leading projects and managing stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proficient English required.
