Senior Salesforce Administrator

What you will do

• Translate complex business and operations needs into clearly scoped, scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement Salesforce data models, automation, access controls, integrations, and workflow changes.
• Connect Salesforce processes and data across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other revenue functions.
• Stay hands-on with configuration, prototyping, complex automation, troubleshooting, technical reviews, and delivery support.
• Improve testing, version control, deployment practices, documentation, release readiness, and technical debt management.
• Mentor administrators and developers, contribute to platform architecture, and evaluate practical automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including solution design and implementation for complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security and sharing, Flow, configuration, platform constraints, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Ability to evaluate Apex and Lightning components, review implementation approaches, and troubleshoot alongside administrators and developers.
• Experience designing solutions involving connected applications, APIs, data flows, system ownership, and downstream impacts.
• Ability to turn incomplete or ambiguous business requirements into clear recommendations and remain accountable through delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS organization with multiple sales motions, international teams, or evolving customer and partner models.
• Familiarity with CPQ, routing, sales engagement, and platforms such as DealHub, LeanData, Salesloft, or Workato.
• Experience simplifying established Salesforce environments through automation redesign, integrations, architectural improvements, or data migrations.
• Salesforce certifications, especially architecture-focused credentials, and experience applying automation or AI to business workflows.
