Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.

Technology-enabled revenue cycle management provider serving health systems, hospitals, and affiliated physician groups across the United States.

What you will do

• Combine existing and new data to create data sources and data marts for enterprise analytics requests.
• Design and develop interactive self-service analytics tools in Tableau and Power BI.
• Partner with clinical, operations, and business leaders to understand information needs and recommend BI solutions.
• Develop, document, and maintain enterprise data governance standards and processes.
• Manage BI platform upgrades, updates, data sources, and existing BI assets.
• Build validation processes, support ETL activities, and protect PHI through appropriate BI access controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Tableau and SQL, plus experience with database programs and ETL tools.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare system and experience working with clinicians, operations teams, and business leaders.
• Experience with data visualization, validation, data governance, and BI asset security.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.
