Senior BI Consultant

Location: Remote, United States; candidates must be physically located within the US

Salary: USD 85,000–90,000 per year, with potential sales-based or performance-based incentives

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end reporting solutions using hirify.global data sources, including RMS, CPS, and Omni.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and support business decision-making.
• Consult with clients and stakeholders on BI tools, reporting techhirify.globalues, and process improvements.
• Build and maintain client relationships while identifying and nurturing opportunities for BI and hirify.global solutions.
• Create tailored proposals, support quoting, and contribute to BI product and service development.
• Manage assigned projects, deployment activities, customer support needs, and ongoing BI capability development.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or a similar platform.
• Experience delivering innovative reporting solutions and managing multiple projects independently.
• Experience with AI productivity tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical reasoning, and client collaboration skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; customer-facing experience is preferred.
