Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, with hybrid work requiring 2–3 days onsite per week

Salary: $99,900–$115,100 per year

What you will do

• Deliver multiple business intelligence projects simultaneously for clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Define business needs, develop project charters, gather requirements, and establish project scope.
• Identify data sources and create technical data design requirements.
• Develop visualization wireframes, dashboards, and analytics assets using BI tools.
• Write SQL queries, collaborate on QA and UAT, and provide stakeholder training.
• Share knowledge with analysts and address stakeholder feedback to improve institute-wide analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in healthcare.
• Proficiency with SQL and business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
• Experience navigating Epic Hyperspace, the Clarity Data Model, and data warehouses.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Tableau certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Tableau certification and the Clarity Data Model.
