SAP Master Data Governance Business Analyst

Location: On-site at the Trident Support Center in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood, with remote work available on Fridays

Salary: USD 128,000–145,000 per year

What you will do

• Support enterprise master data operations, governance, and process improvements across the SAP landscape.
• Translate business requirements into SAP master data solutions and workflow improvements.
• Manage data creation, maintenance, validation, cleansing, governance, and lifecycle processes across Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, and other domains.
• Coordinate data loads, mass updates, migration support, and workflow-driven changes using established tools and procedures.
• Monitor data quality, investigate issues, and coordinate resolutions with business, SAP functional, and technical teams.
• Support testing, UAT, documentation, training, change management, and end-user guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Master Data Management, Master Data Governance, or ERP data management in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), SAP S/4HANA, and multiple SAP master data objects.
• Experience gathering requirements and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical teams.
• Experience with SAP data loads, mass maintenance, migration, or related data management tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience working with global teams and extended support hours.
