Business Analyst Consultant (Data Governance)

Location: CA - Calabasas, United States; in-office role

Base salary: $63,750–$127,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Support data governance, data quality, and data ownership initiatives across related Tax Credit applications.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and application owners to define accountability for critical data elements.
• Lead data quality reviews, identify data issues, and coordinate remediation activities.
• Analyze and process data, build and maintain models and report templates, and develop data-driven solutions.
• Produce actionable reports and recommend performance measures, including efficiency and statistical metrics.
• Consult on predictive analytics, business intelligence tools, and the implementation of new data marts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of business analytics, business intelligence, data integration, performance metrics, and analytical decision-making.
• Effective communication, consulting, business acumen, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work in the Calabasas office; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
• Ability to manage risk and support customer-focused business decisions.
